Therapeutic massage therapist with almost a decade of experience in the field of bodywork. Graduated from Cortiva Institute in 2014 with honors and continued on to an extended program where I honed my skills with understanding muscular structure. With a background in yoga, functional training, athletics, and a deep curiosity about the human body I couldn't think of a better career change than massage. I continued directly into the work force after graduating and have been there full time working on building trust, strong relationships, and spreading the importance of self care.
